What to include when you write to us

• The WhatsApp number your tag is registered with.
• For a payment question, your payment ID (it starts with pay_) or the date and amount of the payment.
• A short description of what happened.

We aim to reply within 2 working days.

Bulk and society enquiries

If you run a housing society, an office or a fleet and want a large number of tags, write to us and we will help.

Grievances

To raise a complaint about your data or the service, write to support@setutag.in with the subject "Grievance". Dikshan Karwa is the person responsible for handling it.
