Parking QR code sticker: get a message before it becomes a fight

Most parking disputes start because nobody can reach the owner. A QR code lets the person who is blocked scan, share where they are, and ask you to move the car.

The problem with parking in India

In housing societies, office car parks and narrow streets, a car parked slightly wrong can block several others. The person who is stuck usually has three choices: wait, honk, or complain. Every option is slow, and it often ends in an argument, a complaint to security, or a call for a tow.

A parking QR code sticker gives them a fourth choice: scan the code and ask you to move the car.

How it helps

For housing societies, offices and shops

If a whole society or office uses tags, security guards and neighbours can reach any owner quickly without keeping a list of phone numbers or sharing them around. Each owner keeps their own number private.

Messages people can send

They can also write their own message of up to 200 characters.

Get one for your car

A SetuTag costs ₹449 once and covers up to 700 alerts. See the car QR code sticker page for how it works, or where it can go on your car.

Questions

Will this stop me getting fined or towed?

It cannot stop the authorities, and it does not replace parking legally. What it does is give a neighbour or guard a way to reach you first, so you can move the car before it becomes a problem.

Can I use it if I park in a shared parking lot?

Yes. Put the tag where it can be seen and scanned easily, such as on the windscreen or the rear.

Does the person scanning get to see my name?

No. They see a page asking them to share their location. They do not see your name or number.
